Tarasius is ruined again and there are two zombies inside. Still, doesn't seem all that bad. There are two EHB buidlings in the area that aren't suffering any attacks. One rotter inside Langman, if someone kills it I could fix the building there as well.

I think it's time to get our suburb back in shape. Once everything isn't ruined anymore, we could bring our hospital back to light and VSB.

This might just attract a huge crowd of The Dead - but hey, it's more fun when we are actually doing anything. And this also means giving other suburbs a break.

Hi, guys. Okay, as for the zerging and 160 IP hit limit, some people's Internet Provider gives them a different IP number every time they connect. I'm on cable now, but when I started this game, I had dialup (blech), which meant when I hit the 160 limit, I could just disconnect and reconnect and I'd have a different IP number and could play the rest of my alts (I didn't zerg, though, they were all in different burbs).

So maybe these The Dead jerkoffs are a huge bunch of dweebs recruited on a forum to screw up Urban Dead by making the regs get sick of it and leave, or maybe it's a smaller group using serious zerg tactics and getting around it by cycling through IP numbers one way or another (disconnecting and reconnecting their Internet connection, or a website or tool that does the same, say).

Either way, we just have to wait them out and do hit and run tactics, as has been suggested already. Every time you get revived, pass it on by reviving as many as you can at revive points or ones whose profile look to be pro-survivor before getting killed again.

Maybe The Dead dweebs have something big planned on June 6, like their website says. Maybe after that they'll lose interest.

the C.R.A.P. plan seems well and good. I like the idea of trying to stick all the zombies queued up at revive points.

One nice tool on the site.. a way to easily see alive/dead status. Here is mine

Hey, an idea just crossed my mind. What if The Dead are AI controlled players added in by the game creator himself? I mean, maybe as some sort of experiment, or as to give us a "hard mode" for a couple months. To see how we would react.

I mean, it makes no sense, but hey, it's not like any of the other explanations really make any sense. Razz

Yeah, That's going to be the idea that we needed.

I can see that by forgetting our in-game prohibition against combat reviving we can quickly repopulate the survivor side on the one hand and we can run out of AP's (and we will) by sticking everybody in a bldg, but so what? We die and get revived by the next survivor to log into the game.

Except for the time spent searching out more needles we can stay alive and ahead of the curve of dying. Just by committing to Combat reviving from now on.

I will begin immediatley...er, that is if I could get a revive, huh, please?

I was waiting again for a needle at (26, 72) Gee Ave RP in S. Blythville and I heard a radio broadcast asking for help to clear out the (31, 64) Flooks NT in Brooksville. I shambled in my undead state to the site and started whacking at the one Zed inside...got him down from 60 to 36 hp and went to stand at (30, 60) Bragg Park.

I scanned 4 of 5 and added contacts for SantaCruzDead, Scott Joplin, Korki Kane and Zombie Planet all seemed good for revive except for Zombie Planet he's a lvl 11 Zed with only Zed skills...I spoke to the guys waiting and mentioned that they might want to ask him in Zamargh what he's blocking the revive que for, but don't be surprised if he's hostile....
I needed needles so I asked the guys to be patient and I would return to help out...
